Tomorrow was the wedding of Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Captain of the Royal Guard Shining Armor, Twilight Sparkle’s older brother, and everypony had been working around the clock to make everything was prepared on time. The Mane Six each had their own job to do so that the big event could go smoothly and Naruto’s was to help increase security around the castle. Apparently a threat had been made against Canterlot but what it was nopony knew which meant that it was highly important for the former shinobi to keep his eyes open for anything that could spell trouble for the wedding and its guests. To make matters worse, Twilight was having some personal issues about the bride who was her foal-sitter years ago.
All this drama wasn’t really helping the orange stallion as it was now plaguing his mind as he made his nightly patrol through one of the palace’s many hallways; this one was deserted so it gave him a sense of slight paranoia.
It was made obvious when he jumped when a female voice behind him said, “Mr. Uzumaki.”
He spun around to find the young princess-bride herself walking towards him.
“Oh, Princess Mi Amore Cadenza. Good evening,” greeted Naruto in a formal manner.
“Please, call me Cadence,” she said stopping before him.
“Alright, Princess Cadence,” he said with a small smile.
“No, just Cadence,” she fluttered her eyelashes at him.
“Whatever you say,” the stallion started getting a little confused now.
All day long, she was demanding everypony call her by her proper title and now here she was asking him to address her in a more relaxed manner.
“So what brings you here, Cadence?” he asked.
“I was just on my way to the wedding hall for the rehearsal,” she answered.
“In that case, I had better escort you the rest of the way. It’s my job after all,” said Naruto.
“Very well,” Cadence said then they went on their way.
He couldn’t explain it but the shinobi-turned-pony was getting a weird vibe from her. Usually his gut instincts were correct about things like this so right now, he was hoping they were wrong this time.
“Excited about your big day?” asked the stallion, trying to make pleasant small talk.
“Oh yes. I’m sure it will be a day nopony will ever forget,” she answered.
“No doubt about that.”
A coy smile appeared on the princess’ lips, “May I ask you a question, Mr. Uzumaki?”
“Of course and please, call me Naruto,” he said trying to create a more relaxing atmosphere.
“Very well, Naruto. Are you married by any chance?”
“Me? Nope, not yet,” he said him a smile.
“Oh really? Do you at least have a very special somepony in your life?” she asked growing curious.
“Not at the moment.”
“In that case, could I ask you one last question?” said the princess as her smile turned into a small smirk.
“Go right ahead,” said the stallion.
Princess Cadence leaned closer to him, “Do you think I’m pretty?”
The question stopped him in his tracks and nearly caused him to trip over his hooves as she kept going.
He regained his footing and looked at her with wide eyes, “What?”
The pink alicorn stopped, turned around to face him, and leaned in so close that their faces were almost touching, “Do you think I’m pretty?”
Poor Naruto was utterly speechless; his mouth kept opening and closing as if trying to form words.
“Answer my question, please. That is an order from Canterlot royalty,” said the princess in a slight singsong voice.
“Uhh . . . o-of course I think you’re pretty,” he answered nervously.
The princess’ smirk grew wider as she said, “I was hoping you would say that.”
Without warning, Princess Cadence lunged at the stallion, pinned him to a wall, and captured his lips in a rough kiss that left a stunned look upon his face. He tried to struggle out of her hold but she was able to keep him still as she begun to explore his mouth with her tongue.
The bride-to-be finally pulled away after a few seconds of her oral probing and Naruto was able to now voice his outrage, “WHAT the HELL!”
She just giggled, “What’s wrong? You said I was pretty.”
“That doesn’t mean for you to kiss me! You’re getting married for crying out loud!” shouted the former shinobi, still trying to wriggle out of her hold.
“To who? Shining Armor? Ha!” she said in a disgusted tone, “he’s nothing but as waste of space,” then her face gained an expression of desire, “you are ten times the stallion than him. I was immediately drawn to your pure, raw, animal magnetism from the second I laid eyes upon you, my true future husband.”
Naruto stopped his struggling upon hearing that final word, “Husband? What are you talking about?”
She leaned in closer to his left ear and whispered, “Isn’t it obvious? I have no real need for Shining Armor and once the wedding is over, I’ll simply get rid of him then I can make you my king,” her tongue slithered out from between her lips and ran itself along his ear in a sensual manner.
The orange stallion started to struggle again but it was no use; this princess was stronger than she looked.
“Now, now, my dearest. There is no need for you to resist,” she said then her eyes turned a vivid green color with slit pupils and her horn begun to glow green as well.
A beam of magical energy shot from the tip of her horn and hit the struggling stallion in the forehead which caused him to cease his escape attempt as his eyes started to glow a matching green color and his face gained a sort of hypnotized look.
Once she saw him become still, Princess Cadence stopped her own actions and her eyes returned to normal as she giggled, “Now come with me, my future king. We have much to do before the end of tomorrow.”
The two ponies became enveloped in emerald flames and disappeared.
